Having spent 20 years competing in endurance sports and always training solo, I didn’t think a personal trainer or online coach would suit me. I had wanted to lose weight and improve my fitness and strength.
I was initially sceptical about working with an online coach, unconvinced that would be able to successfully achieve my goals via virtual sessions.
How wrong was I in thinking that online PT sessions could not work.
Chris tailored exercises & routines to my requirements and also more importantly to the equipment I had available to myself.
He was very attentive and encouraging, especially in those early days which were tough.
He also had me keep a food journal to better understand my eating habits, and then advise on making improvements to my diet to help lose weight and feel better in myself.
